MEH was recently privileged enough to sit down with Laurel House, a leading health and fitness expert to discuss the benefits of Super Fruits. Unfortunately we had some technical difficulties with the audio, but for the most part the interview was a success. We have posted the questions we asked Laurel (since they are not that audible) below the video. We hope you enjoy!

Laurel is a published author, nationally recognized magazine writer, luxury and healthy living spokesperson, and national and local morning television show expert.  She is the co-author of “The Gurus’ Guide to Serenity” a celebrity-soaked book on how the “stars” and their gurus de-stress; co-author of “Raise the Barre” and co-author “Star-Quality: The Red Carpet Workout for the Celebrity Body of Your Dreams”. She just sold her 4^th book to St. Martins on how to live a fit, healthy, happy, and successful life for 20-something chicks, set to publish in early 2012.

Beyond books, Laurel’s in-print expertise has led to over 100 television morning show appearances including: the Today Show weekend, Soap Talk (Soap Network), Daily Buzz, Modern Girl’s Guide to Life (E!), KTLA Morning News, CBS, Fox, NBC, and ABC Morning News shows both locally and nationally. In 2007 she launched GreenIQ – an online carbon and environmental calculator that measures how green you are.

More than anything, Laurel is an advocate for a fabulously balanced and healthy, albeit obsessively driven, lifestyle.
