SmartGreenHelp a Great New Website

I recently came across a new green website on Twitter called, SmartGreenHelp. It’s a site dedicated solely to the Green movement, which includes topics typically associated with the environment like global warming, climate change, green living, conservation, recycling, politics, and clean alternative energy.

It’s a website where GREEN ideas come together. A great way to make a difference in everyday life for people is thru ideas right? Going Green can sometimes be costly, at least if you want to install solar panels, wind turbines, efficient systems in the home such as geothermal and so forth. This problem begs for a solution. People from around the world can visit SmartGreenHelp and create a “Greenhouse” for ideas.  The message board and blog offer many things in this regard. Users can also create their own individual blog and they can tell their friends and family to get them involved.

SmartGreenHelp will also have contests with prizes. Who doesn’t love a green giveaway? The contests will consist of brainstorming the best Green ideas in different areas (e.g. gardening, recycling, alternative energy, automation, etc.). They also feature websites and businesses that are at the forefront of the green movement. It’s important to recognize those that are working in such a phenomenal and meaningful way to be Green and help save the planet.

You get the sense that this website was born from their passion to be Green and hopefully this same sentiment will spread to the rest of the world. Being Green is contagious and every single person on this planet should make it a personal goal. In many cases it doesn’t require a lifestyle change or a huge bank account to do something really meaningful. It’s a challenge to the world to do your part!
